As a Hardware Development Engineer for the Hardware Systems Engineering group in Micron Technology, Inc., you will work closely with Design Teams to ensure we are providing innovative DRAM board level products to the market We are tasked with all aspects of producing a product from logical design through design package release, and PCBA validation. In addition, we are required to solve electrical and mechanical PCBA and circuit design concerns, select components, maintain documentation to meet ISO Specifications and serve as domain guide. Lastly, software skills are needed to help maintain and develop software tools for automating hardware development. **Responsibilities**: - PCBA Design for DRAM memory products. Assemble Logical design in schematic using Allegro based tools - circuit design and part selection. Create variants used for BOM creation. - Direct team members - layout designer, simulation engineer and lab - on scope of work to perform. - Communicate project information, issues, and lessons learned with stakeholders. - Discover and implement any automation opportunities to improve the efficiency of the team and help make the team more productive. **Minimum Qualifications**: - Bachelor´s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering. - 8+ years in similar positions. - Exposure to crafting and developing PCB/PCBA/IC products. - Strong background in C, C++, C#, Java. - Experience in similar programming languages. **Preferred Qualifications**: - Master´s Degree/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering. - Relevant professional experience.
