This hands-on position will work between Electrical Engineering/Design and Engineering Project Management. Engineering Design, including Design calculations to ensure product reliability, safety, quality, and conformance to applicable codes for product developed and manufactured. Project Management skills will be utilized to keep project timelines on track as the product progressed for both new and existing products.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**:

- Design OTA communication services for IoT platforms
- Design/specify sensors for information gathering
- Ability to read, interpret, and create detailed electrical schematics
- Design new ways to use electrical power to develop or improve products or processes
- Do detailed calculations to develop manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications
- Direct manufacturing, installing, and testing of electrical equipment to ensure that products meet specifications and codes
- Investigate complaints from customers, evaluate problems and recommend solutions
- Work with project managers on production and product efforts to ensure that projects are completed satisfactorily, on time and within budget

**SKILL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Programming in C++ or HTML or similar for API back office

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, with Controls Engineering experience
- Five years of Electrical Engineering experience
- One to two years of Electrical Engineering in a heavy equipment environment
- Lean Manufacturing Principles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical will be required after training period
- Bilingual 100%, English - Spanish fluent and accurate.
