**Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities**:
**Job Function
**Duties
Archiving
- Facilitates archiving of all documents and RFQ’s in our electronic database (OCM)

CRM Knowledge
- Registers all RFQ’s from customers in a timely manner
- Maintains an updated CRM database by adding new customers and contacts as needed
- Maintenance and ownership of the Sales Opportunities funnel

Communication
- Provide clear and effective communication of feedback that request is being worked on
- Informs customer if Emerson cannot handle the request

Flexibility
- Depending on urgent inquires

**Professional Degree Requirements**:

- Business Administration or related

**Experience Requirements**:

- 2 (or more) years working in Business Administration or Sales related experience
