Maintain Vendor Master Data and Intercompany financial information in Company Code level for all North America (Mexico/US/Canada) in Vendor Master Data Platform and SAP systems and Responsible for coordinating, consolidating, the uploading and closure of Actuals, Forecast & Budget information (P&L, B/S & HC, Notes,) and Additional Reports in Reporting system RACE.

**Responsibilities**:
Maintain Vendor Master Data platform with financial information in company Code level for North America (Mexico/US/Canada) and SAP systems:

- Reconciliation Account.
- Minority Indicator.
- Terms of Payment.
- Payment Method.
- Bank information.
- Extend vendors on requested Company Codes for North America (Mexico/US/Canada).
- Employee/Travel Vendor creations for North America (Mexico/US/Canada).
- Employee/Travel Vendor extensions for North America (Mexico/US/Canada).
- Employee/Travel Vendor, set up, maintain financial information for North America (Mexico/US/Canada)
- Maintain OTV (One Time Vendors).
- E-sign approvals on Name & Address changes for Vendors in Classic SAP systems.
- Review support documentation according Central VMD requirements to approve changes as Local VMD administrator.
- Provide internal and external audit requirements for Mexican legal entities.
- Vendor Master Date special projects.
- To responsible for coordinating, consolidating and closure of Actuals, Forecast & Planning information (P&L, B/S & HC, Notes,) and Additional Reports in Reporting system RACE
- To upload Actual’s information (P&L, B/S & HC, Notes) and Additional Reports in in Reporting system RACE.
- To Reconcile the information upload of the SAP Vs Reporting system RACE.
- To upload Forecast Vitesco Finance Center information (P&L, B/S, Notes) and Additional Reports in Reporting System RACE.
- To provide the plants Forecast/Planning information under Vitesco Finance Center Mexico (VFCM) responsibility to be reported in reporting system (RACE)
- To direct questions/requirements related to financial information to be solved.
- To monitor financial information, fulfill the Financial Reporting Manual (FRM), TCE´s policies and guidelines.
- To coordinate cleaning of obsolete profit centers.
- To upload % Social Labor Benefits for Cocode4450 Vitesco Maquila Mexico in SAP System.
- To upload Balance, Carry Forward for Cocode 4450 Vitesco Maquila Mexico in SAP System and report Central Profit Center Team.
- To coordinate cleaning of obsolete profit centers for Cocode 4450 Vitesco Maquila Mexico in SAP System.
- Reporting special projects.

**Requirements**:

- Financial / Accounting Degree.
- 1-3 year of experience Financial/Accounting/Administration/AP.
- Technical capability to prepare, analyze and interpret financial and operational data / reports.
- Superior interpersonal skills to communicate with operative and manufacturing personnel.
- Initiative, proactive, self-taught, problem-solving, delivery results, Fostering Teamwork, Clear and open communication.
- Experience within Automotive industry (Desirable).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheet software packages (Excel).
- English advanced.
- SAP Knowledge (Desirable).
