Estamos en búsqueda de Property Manager

**Objetivo General**:Responsable de supervisar y coordinar las operaciones diarias de las propiedades asignadas.

**FUNCIONES ESENCIALES**:

- Supervisar el mantenimiento y las reparaciones de las propiedades para garantizar su óptimo estado.
- Coordinar la recepción y atención de los huéspedes, proporcionando información sobre la propiedad y la zona.
- Asesorar sobre mejoras o estrategias para maximizar el rendimiento de las propiedades.
- Supervisar la rentabilidad de las propiedades, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos financieros.
- Colaborar en la elaboración y gestión de presupuestos operativos.

**CONOCIMIENTOS Y HABILIDADES**:

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente.
- Capacidad para resolver problemas de manera eficiente y proactiva.
- Conocimiento de las normativas locales relacionadas con la gestión de propiedades.
- Habilidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y prioridades simultáneamente.
- Dominio de herramientas tecnológicas y plataformas de gestión de propiedades.

**EDUCACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA**:

- Licenciatura en Administración, Bienes Raíces, Hospitalidad o campos relacionados.
- Experiência mínima de 5 años en gestión de propiedades, preferiblemente en el sector de alquileres a corto y mediano plazo.
- Supervisión de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
- Gestión de rentas, contratos y relaciones con propietarios.
- Conocimiento en regulaciones inmobiliarias y cumplimiento legal.

**Sueldo**

$20,000 a $25,000 libres con esquema mixto

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Sueldo: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mes
