**What You'll Do**:
As a Materials Planner, you will be supporting business continuity and customer satisfaction by owning and driving the Supply Plan in the short-term and mid-term horizon (1 day - 6 months). You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Supply Plan determination and review: Determine, review and analyze the Supply Plan to define whether the demand plan can be met taking supply limitations and capacity constraints into account.
- Identify and analyze constraint problems including early detection and proactive management of over and under-utilized resources.
- A systematic two-way communication to discuss the Capacity (constraint) Plan between the Supply Planner, the Strategic Planner and Manufacturing Operations teams is key. Coordinate plant capabilities against customer needs.
- Inventory Management: Define and maintain appropriate inventory levels by reviewing system-proposed safety stock levels on a monthly basis to ensure a timely material availability and minimize the impact of demand volatilities.
- Monitor Days of Coverage to review the inventory position and initiates actions to achieve target.
- Communicate timely to Customer Service and Commercial partners.

**Skills That Make a Difference**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Logistics Management or other relevant degree.- Minimum 3 years of experience working in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.- Detailed knowledge on Supply Planning and Inventory Management.- Advanced Excel skills.- Advanced English levels.
