The Americas FN New Product Introduction and Customer Engineering Team is offering an intern position as NPI and CE Engineer Professional for working in the whole LAT region for several customers/operators and channel partners.

**Mission**:
Develop Activities for New Product Introduction as well as Customer Engineering Activities for customers/operators, channel partners and final customers in the LAT region.

**Basic Knowledge about technologies**:

- GPON
- XGSPON and NGPON2
- WIFI
- G.FAST
- Vectoring
- VPlus
- Fixed Wireless Access Technologies
- SDN technologies
- Management Systems
- Copper Technologies
- Solutions as VoIP, Support of CAS/R2 and PRI signaling, POL, etc.
- Mobile Technologies as LTE
- Participate in testing activities.
- Participate on DEMOS of new FN technology
- Help on Develop/Building of solutions for customers
- Develop of related documentation as Method of Procedure (MoPs), HLD, LLD, test protocols and integration documentation
- Development of test scenarios and test topologies according to the customer requirements

**QUALIFICATIONS (EXTERNAL)**

**Key Qualifications for the role**:
1) Desirable Bachelor degree or higher in Telecommunication Technologies

2) Knowledge and desirable experience of FN Equipment as:

- ISAM FD-COPPER [VoIP, VDSL, ADSL, etc.]
- Convergent Platform
- GPON 7360FX
- ONTs
- AMS

3) Basic understand different protocols as:

- IP
- TCP
- HTTP(S)
- SIP & RTP
- MEGACO
- WIFI

4) Good manage of languages:

- English
- Spanish
- Good writing, reading, speaking and understanding abilities for both languages
