**Requisitos**:
Preparatoria
- Carrera Técnica - Licenciatura en administración, Ingeniería o a fin.
1 año mínimo en mandos medios en función, Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad, Sistemas de Calidad de Procesos, Sistemas de Seguridad, Normas de Calidad y Seguridad y Ambiental y/o en desarrollo.

Funciones
Dirigir equipos, grupos y personal, lo que incluye el reclutamiento, la contratación, el suministro y la aprobación de recomendaciones de compensación, la capacitación, el desarrollo, la participación de los miembros del equipo y describir y abordar el desempeño.
Proporcionar liderazgo en la función del desarrollo y alineación de estrategias y programas para mejorar el transporte y la logística para que se alineen con el plan de negocios de la compañía y las estrategias operativas más amplias; proporciona información a los líderes en el desarrollo de estrategias comerciales operativas y relacionadas.
Liderar, establecer y garantizar la comunicación con otros ejecutivos, clientes, grupos, regiones y proveedores para identificar programas específicos, resultados deseados y recursos requeridos.
Liderar la gestión de expectativas para ejecutivos y líderes, facilita la comunicación sobre los requerimientos del negocio y establece métricas de desempeño críticas
Examinar e implementar las mejores prácticas para mejorar el desempeño operacional y de contrato mediante la definición de enfoques, entrega, retroalimentación y medición.
Asegurar que el personal y los recursos sean eficientes y efectivos para lograr compromisos operativos y níveles de calidad; Interactúa y ayuda a los líderes en necesidades o preocupaciones en aumento.
Liderar el desarrollo, implementación e interpretación de políticas, procedimientos y garantiza el cumplimiento de las leyes, normas y regulaciones aplicables; Recibe orientación legal e interpretación cuando sea requerido.
Liderar la supervisión y administración del presupuesto, incluyendo la asignación de recursos y la aprobación de gastos.
Realiza otras tareas que se le asignen.
