RESPONSIBILITIES

- ** Process Documentation**:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of existing business processes, including process maps, flowcharts, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- ** Data Analysis**:
- Collect and analyze data related to business processes to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Use data analysis techniques to measure process performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
- ** Business Process Improvement**:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges related to business processes.
- Identify and evaluate potential process improvements, including automation, standardization, and simplification.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
- Monitor and measure the impact of process improvements, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
- ** Legal Compliance**:
- Conduct compliance audits to verify adherence to REPSE, labor laws, IMSS, and INFONAVIT requirements.
- Prepare and submit necessary regulatory reports to relevant bodies and develop lessons learned to improve future compliance practices.
- Grant system access to vendors for REPSE documentation submission in VITEL and validate the completeness and accuracy of submitted documents.
- Train vendors on the Document Management System (VITEL) to ensure proficient submission of REPSE documentation and response to alert notifications.
- ** Collaboration and Communication**:
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management, to share insights and recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive process improvement initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrator, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineer or a related field.
- Expert in **process documentation** and data analytics (3+ years of experience).
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
- Experience with **data analysis** software (e.g., Excel, SQL).
- Ability to create clear and compelling visualizations using tools like **Tableau, Power BI,** or Matplotlib (in Python).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Fluent English required).
- Ability to manage urgent situations and follow priorities.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
