**About the Role**

In this opportunity as a Consultor de Soporte Prime Senior, you will be responsible to:

- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to understand, synthesize, and communicate/transmit knowledge both verbally and in writing.
- Proactive and effective attitude in problem-solving.
- Willingness to work autonomously.
- Performing queries in Open SQL.
- Developing scripts in SQL Server.
- BPM process design.
- Custom report design.
- Functional specification of system issues.
- Providing customers with corrective instructions.
- Assisting clients with patch releases.
- Advanced oral and written English proficiency.
- Analysis and definition of project specifications and requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the rest of the Office suite

**About You**

You’re a fit for the role of Consultor de Soporte Prime Senior if your background includes:

- Good command of collaboration tools such as ADO, Salesforce GSI, ServiceNow, and DataDog.
- Experience in integrating ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Desired:

- Knowledge of foreign trade.
- Familiarity with special programs in Mexico such as IMMEX.
- Knowledge of PMI implementation methodology. Experience in implementation and/or support of foreign trade systems.**#LI-DD3**
