**JOB DETAIL**
- Analyze products, components, or systems that have failed to identify the root cause of the failure
- Utilize tools such as scanning electron microscopes (SEM), x-ray imaging, and thermal analysis to study the failure.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and use methodologies like Fishbone diagrams, 5 Whys, and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA).
- Use data analytics and predictive modeling tools to identify potential failure points in designs or systems before they occur.
- Strong knowledge of materials, mechanical and electrical systems, failure mechanisms, and failure analysis tools and methods.
- Proficiency in using failure analysis equipment (e.g., SEM, microhardness testers, x-ray machines).
- Oversee the prototyping phase, ensuring that initial product concepts are developed and tested.
- Conduct tests to evaluate product functionality, performance, and durability.
- Analyze test data, identify issues, and refine designs to address any performance or design flaws.
- Ensure products meet regulatory and safety standards through rigorous testing and validation processes

**EDUCATION AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor degree on electronic engineering
- 2 years of experience on similiar positions
- English 80%
- Experience in electronic companies
