Reporting to the Sr Project Director, the role of the **Project Manager** within the business is to facilitate the needs of the client by running the project process, overseeing the schedule, and tracking the output of the practitioners to ensure our work is delivered on time, on budget, and meeting standards, and client goals.

Execution and leadership will be part of a daily basis.
**Qualifications**
- Basic-Medium English
- Mid-level project management fundamentals (e.g., schedule dependency and project planning) and can exercise them on a project with guidance.
- Hands-on execution and leading by example
- 3+ years experience identifying unique project circumstances requiring escalation to team leadership.
- Basic experience managing 5-10 projects at a time
- Nurture positive, collaborative working relationships with internal & external stakeholders through regular communication and Client Plan ownership (often across multi-project workstreams).
- Basic experience in Risk management
- Mid-Experience using project management tools for task/time/resource management
- Mid-experience using project management methodologies including waterfall and Agile
- Experience with digital and a desire to develop skills

**What You'll Need**
- Knowledge of Google's technology stack
- Communication skills, dealing with stakeholders at executive and managing levels
- Experience identifying opportunities for process improvement along with proposed solutions.
- Basic Experience supporting Senior Management levels projects
- Basic Experience in client-facing at middle management

**Advantageous**
- Knowledge of the broader marketing mix
- An understanding of the technologies and processes involved in managing digital project delivery within an agency environment
