**Responsabilidades Principales**:

- Responsable del ingreso y mantenimiento de registros asegurando el procesamiento oportuno de compensaciones y la verificación de asistencia.
- Gestiona archivos conforme a políticas internas y normativas legales, apoya en auditorías y reportes, y realiza captura y análisis de datos desde múltiples fuentes.
- Mantiene la confidencialidad de la información, colabora con el equipo para aclarar requerimientos y brinda apoyo administrativo en proyectos especiales.

**Requisitos**:

- **Inglés avanzado** (comunicación verbal y escrita indispensable).
- **Conocimiento en computación** y manejo de sistemas para captura y organización de datos.

- Confidencialidad y habilidades para cumplir con fechas límite.
- Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas en un entorno dinámico.
