- Responsible for all southbound (SB) loads coming from the US into MX, ensuring the correct management of loads according to planning, priority scheduling, and correct follow-up to always provide full visibility for all loads

- Minimum of 1.5 years of related experience required.
- CHS wiring design experience preferred.
- Electrical harnesses routing in NX experience preferred.
- EC (Engineering Client) and Smaragd experience preferred.
- IMACS design engineering (ENG-200) experience preferred.

- Main Functions:

- Responsibility: Expanded area of responsibility, including assignment of various Wiring Design processes. May assign tasks and guide junior level engineers.
- Design: According to the above described area of responsibility, process and manage design work packages, deviation processing and other engineering tasks of medium complexity using the DTNA product structure management and documentation release processes and platforms (CHS, IMACS, IMACS+, ERS+, SMARAGD).
- Validation: Verify that Wiring Design standards are met during the design release process in coordination with the wiring design supervisor, to assure they are satisfactorily completed to contribute to the excellence on the results delivered since the first time.
- Deliverables: Manage and prioritize the assigned work packages considering project and planned released dates, such that they meet established scope, quality, cost and timing to consistently achieve a high level of customer's satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Provide guidance to the Design Engineering teams on containment actions and permanent solutions in a timely manner to any reported engineering issues promoting always an Agility culture within the DTMEC department.
- KPIs: Assure engineering activities support targets for all relevant DTNA Engineering Key Performance Indicators. Promptly address issues in areas of responsibility to contribute to the Operational Excellence in the DTMEC Wiring Group.
- Continuous Improvement: Support creation and implementation of CI Initiatives for Design Optimization, Process Improvements, and Improved Performance of KPIs in assigned areas of responsibility to contribute to the Continuous Improvement culture that lead to efficiency improvements and to exceed customer's expectations.
