The intern will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic corporate environment. **Responsibilities**: **Onboarding**: - Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training arrangements. - Process requests for bank account, photo, and car information. - Schedule contract signing. - Prepare contracts and welcome kits. - Coordinate onboarding agenda with the manager. - Create employee ID badges. - Request parking spots. - Conduct welcoming "Tour of Office". **Employee Engagement**: - Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, wellness programs, and general events. - Help create and implement strategies to promote a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction. **HR Administration**: - Maintain employee records - Assist with filing and organizing HR documents and records. - Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as employment letters. - Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. **HR Projects**: - Contribute to special HR projects as assigned - Conduct research and provide recommendations on HR best practices. **Requirements**: - Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Strong interest in a career in HR. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
