**Visual Designer**

Do you want to design for some of the biggest brands in Latin America and be part of a creative team inside a fast-growing AdTech company?

We are looking for a Visual Designer who is ready to experiment, bring fresh ideas, and turn briefs into digital pieces that reach millions of users.

**What you will do**
- Design, edit, and adapt animated videos, digital banners, and interactive formats for campaigns across Latin America.
- Create creative proposals that connect brands with digital audiences.
- Collaborate with product, data, and sales teams to bring complex ideas to life visually.
- Keep our visual identity consistent across multiple digital channels.

**What we are looking for**
- 3/4 years of experience in graphic or digital design (if you have less but your portfolio blows us away, we still want to see it).
- Strong skills with Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and/or Figma.
- Passion for animation, interactive design, and digital advertising.
- Creativity, proactivity, and eagerness to learn in a fast-moving environment.
- Intermediate English.
