- Bachelor's degree in business administration or project management or 4 years of related experience.
- Proven experience in administrative support and project coordination roles.
- Excellent Spanish verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with excellent command of English (C1).
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Adaptability and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies **is a plus.**:

**Impact You'll Make**:
**Administrative Support**:
- Manage the Head's calendar, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and organize office files and records.
- Respond to daily inquiries and execute ad hoc requests and meeting logistics
- Book travel, hotel accommodations, meeting room(s), and other meeting requirements for cross-functional teams
- Collaborate and develop strong relationships within the Marketing
- and U.S. Markets teams as well as the executive/administrative assistant community
**Project Coordination**:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing various projects within the GCC.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Prepare project status reports and updates.
**Documentation and Record-Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to projects, meetings, and initiatives.
- Compile and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
- Manage document repositories and file systems.
**Communication and Liaison**:
- Act as a liaison between the Head and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate communication between GCC departments and other offices.
- Ensure timely dissemination of information and announcements.
**Event Coordination**:
- Plan and coordinate internal and external events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Handle logistics, invitations, and catering arrangements.
**Budget Management**:
- Assist in tracking and managing budgets related to GCC activities.
- Prepare expense reports and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
