**About the role**

This position is for a FP&A professional with a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis. The role focuses on supporting department budgets through financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This includes collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop accurate financial projections and drive informed decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Specialist, FP&A, you’ll be responsible for:

- Managing month-end and quarter-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Presenting financial data clearly and concisely using spreadsheets, charts, reports, and presentations.
- Developing and maintaining budget schedules, tracking expenses, and managing headcount summaries.
- Loading and validating forecast and long-range plans within the reporting system.
- Conducting financial analysis, research, and developing budgets and forecasts to support business plans.
- Ensuring financial practices comply with regulations, laws, and standards through audits and reviews.

**Essential**:

- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in FP&A or a related financial role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).
- Experience with financial reporting systems (e.g., HFM, Essbase, Hyperion Smartview).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
