**II. **Responsibilities**:

- Create KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the warehouse operation of Human resources, Materials, and machines.
- Receipt of materials in correct amounts according to invoice
- Register the materials received in the system
- Store received materials in their correct locations
- Maintain physical inventory according to system
- Planning and coordination of daily cycle inventories.
- Delivery of materials to packaging according to maximums and minimums
- Packaging of materials in quantities and quality according to customer orders
- Final inspection of the packaging of materials according to quantity and quality of each customer order.
- Palletize shipment of materials according to customer orders.
- Creation of documents for shipment of customer orders.
- Truck loading with materials to send customer orders.
- Coordination of the raw material receipts area and the MRO in the plant, keeping a KPI of pending receipts, as well as discrepancies.
- Analysis of the production plan for each of the areas of the company. To plan the activities per week of the warehouse staff.
- Supervision of warehouse personnel, including their development and training.
- Security, cleaning, organization and distribution of the warehouse (Lay-Out).
- Shipment of the finished product, as well as follow-up of the guides until arrival at their destination.
- Coordination of movements (imports-exports). Making a daily plan.
- Follow-up of national and international shipments.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum experience of 5 - 8 years as Warehouse Operations Coordinator
- LASER VISA (Must have)
- English Language 70% Minimum
- Experience in Automotive Parts
- Knowledge of Intermediate Excel
- Knowledge of Intermediate Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of ISO 9001-2015
- Knowledge of IATF 16949
- Knowledge of Project Management
- Experience in MRP Software
