**What is this role about?**:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst to join our team. As a Business Process Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop streamlined processes, gather requirements, create documentation, and contribute to the overall success of the organization

**What awaits you in this role**:

- **_Analysis and Documentation:_**
- Conduct a thorough analysis of existing business requirements & processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
- Develop, collect, and maintain business process analysis & documentation, including flowcharts, process maps, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to provide clear insights into current processes
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- **_Collaboration:_**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, understand business requirements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and elicit their feedback
- **_Technology Integration:_**
- Collaborate with IT teams to assess, recommend, and implement technology solutions that align with business process improvements
- Facilitate the configuration of new technologies to streamline and automate processes
- **_Risk Management:_**
- Identify and assess potential risks associated with business processes and recommend risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- **_Change Management:_**
- Create comprehensive documentation for new and revised business requirements & processes
- Coordinate the training programs to ensure that team members understand and adhere to optimized processes
- Support the implementation of new requirements & process changes, ensuring smooth transitions and mínimal disruptions
- **_Continuous Improvement:_**
- Proactively identify and recommend business & process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented changes, ensuring ongoing optimization
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in business analysis & technologies

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology or related field
- Upper-Intermediate (B2+) in English (written & verbal)
- Proficient in process mapping techniques and documentation tools
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with project management methodologies & Six Sigma
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Tech savviness/computer literacy skills with an interest in technologies & following the trends
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in business process management

**_Preferred Qualifications/Nice to have:_**
- Certification in Business Process Management (BPM) or related field.
- MS Visio/Draw io/Lucidchart/Miro/any related technologies for BPM
