**J o b D e s c r i p t i o n S u m m a r y**
- El especialista en logística es responsable de administrar envíos, informar metricos de transporte, identificar tendencias en métodos y prácticas de transporte global, proporcionar visibilidad a través de proyectos y herramientas, garantizar que se satisfagan las necesidades de los clientes internos y que se cumplan las políticas de la empresa y las normas de cumplimiento de comercio internacional.**Las responsabilidades clave incluyen**:
- Comunicación interna continua con los gerentes de equipos globales/equipos de transporte.
- Implementación de herramientas y cuadros de mando para visibilidad y comunicación de metricos.
- Análisis de gastos de transporte y vinculación al libro mayor financiero.
- Impulsar el análisis de datos y el desarrollo de casos comerciales para proyectos clave.
- Coordinar y comunicar los requisitos de entrega de envíos con los agentes de carga, clientes internos y externos.
- Contacto principal para la interferencia de afiliados globales en el proceso de logística
- Apoyar las operaciones y requerimientos aduaneros incluyendo las visitas de las autoridades aduaneras.
- Facilitar la documentación para el despacho de aduanas mediante el trabajo de funciones cruzadas.,
- Trabajo continuo con proveedores logísticos para asegurar el correcto Acuerdo de Nível de Servicio.
- Apoyar el control del nível de inventario trabajando con los equipos de Venta de Materiales, Cumplimiento, Distribución y Servicio.
- Responsable del mantenimiento de registros oportunos, precisos y completos.
**Calificaciones**:
- Licenciatura en Logística, Administración de Empresas, Finanzas, Legal o área afín.
- Mín. 3 años de experiência en logística o cadena de suministro.
- Capacidad para cumplir con los plazos en un entorno cambiante de ritmo acelerado.
- Capacidad para trabajar con eficacia en un entorno de equipo global multifuncional.
- Conocimiento de la normativa aduanera y logística local.
- Bilingüe inglés/español
