**Main responsibilities**:

- Lead and Manage: Lead the warehouse automation team of 5 to 8 Solution Architects, Solution Engineers, and external partners, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Collaborate: Collaborate with Product Owner, Product Manager, and cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.
- Managing Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Setting Goals: Establish clear and achievable goals for the warehouse automation team, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.
- Analyzing Data to Improve Processes: Utilize data analytics to identify areas for improvement within the automation projects, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure Quality: Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure that all automation processes meet the highest standards of quality.
- Measure Outcomes: Monitor and evaluate the performance of automation projects, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Agile: Drive the agile methodology and ways of working within the team to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.
- Continuously Improve: Drive process improvements and practices to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes

**Key Qualifications and Experiences**:

- Bachelor's degree;
- 10+ years of Professional experience of Information Technology experience including working directly with business clients.
- Mandatory working knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS OR JDA OR Red Praire OR any Warehouse Management (WMS) solution OR SAP EWM Solution.
- Knowledge or experience in robotics integration
- Knowledge of developing reusable interfaces.
- Extensive experience as a Delivery Manager or similar role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Experience with warehouse automation technologies and systems is a plus.
- Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers.

- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with business objectives. This includes setting clear goals, making informed decisions, and driving continuous improvement.
