Junior Aerospace Recruiter

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and organizational culture.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Help in the development of job postings, advertisements, and social media strategies to attract top aerospace talent.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to strategize and improve sourcing and recruitment practices.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and recruitment best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Strong interest in the aerospace industry and recruiting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with job boards and social media platforms for recruiting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous recruiting experience (internship or entry-level) in aerospace or related industries is a plus.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Basic knowledge of aerospace roles and technical skills.
