Importante Empresa Internacional enfocada en ofrecer soluciones basadas en tecnología y servicios integrales de Telecomunicaciones, solicita Gerente de Proyectos para construcción de Sitios Celulares
Actividades:
Coordinar el inicio de construcción desde residencia hasta gerencia, manejo de contratistas (Negociación, seguimiento).
Coordinar los proyectos desde el inicio, ejecución, control presupuesto, generadores de obra y cobro final.
Experiência en construcción de sitios celulares
Dirigir y coordinar equipos de trabajo, cuadrillas, contratistas etc.
Disponibilidad para viajar a los sitios en zonas rurales principalmente
Manejo de presupuestos, precios unitarios, costos de material.
Negociando proveedores, contratistas, materiales, etc.
**Requisitos**:
Experiência mínima de 5 años a nível Gerencial comprobables en, construcciones de obras civiles y telecomunicaciones
Licenciado/ingeniero titulado( Arquitectura/Ingenieria Civil).Afin
Habilidades: Negociaciones Estratégicas, Control de Proyectos, Tolerancia a la frustración
Conocimiento: Manejo de Paquetería Office, AutoCAD, Amplio conocimiento en obra civil, eléctrica, telecomunicaciones, costos obra civil
