- We are in search of a Support Business Analyst within the Resort Application Development (RAD) team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to join a team dedicated to ensuring a high-quality level of support to those who rely on our custom software solutions. As RAD Support Business Analyst you will be required to work collaboratively within a remote team environment providing direct support to the employee user community across the Vail Resorts enterprise._

- Responsibilities_
- _Troubleshoot system issues and provide data to the user community as requested._
- _Provide communication and training as required to key users on new system functionality, releases, and fixes._
- _Execution of Compliance & Controls Processes. Perform quarterly audit and compliance duties as assigned._
- _Perform ongoing support and maintenance tasks as well as routine annual duties._
- _Track individual workflow effectively through an agile team environment. Participate in all agile ceremony meetings._
- _Participate in the QA Life Cycle by developing test scripts, documenting test results, reporting on results, and coordinating UAT testing for assigned items._
- _Ensure all work follows the SDLC process, meets SOX and PCI requirements, and maintains all required supporting documentation. Ensure all risk and compliance obligations are met_

- Minimum Qualifications / Skills_
- _Proven organizational and time-management skills_
- _Previous experience showcasing strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills at all levels._
- _Experience working in a collaborative environment while also able to work independently._
- _Proven track record leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills_
- _Ability to work on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously_
- _Experience using MS Office suite_
- _Requirements gathering and documentation skills_

- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Professional Experience in the ski resort, IT Business Analyst, or hospitality fields_
- _Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent in related job experience_
- _Exposure to MS Development Technologies, including VB6,.Net, SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, etc.._
- _Software Quality Assurance experience_
- _Experience with ticket tracking systems, such as IT Connect, Jira, etc._
- _Test planning, use case development, test script creation and quality assurance_
- _Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple locations_
