**RSB Living** is a property management and hospitality company specializing in short
- and mid-term rentals. We offer accommodations primarily in luxury single-family homes to guests visiting Texas for various reasons, including vacations, work, or medical treatment. Due to the high turnover in many of these properties, our operations often resemble those of a hotel more than those of a traditional property management firm.

The **Senior Hospitality Front Desk** role is a mid-level position at RSB Living. It involves handling many of the same responsibilities typically found at a hotel front desk, adapted to our luxury short
- and mid-term rental homes. The job is performed primarily on-site at our Mexico City office in Lomas de Chapultepec III, near Sanborns Palmas, with occasional work-from-home shifts—especially during night hours.

**Primary Responsibilities**:Communications:

- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Liaise with utility providers to promptly resolve any service issues

Reservations Management:

- Accurately process reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Upsell room upgrades and additional services to maximize revenue
- Manage payment collection and follow up on outstanding balances
- Handle disputes and chargebacks in a professional manner
- Manage guest reviews and respond appropriately to feedback

Property Management:

- Keep property listings up to date and visually appealing on all platforms
- Conduct regular audits of property details and pricing
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies

Operations:

- Oversee check-in and check-out procedures to ensure a smooth guest experience
- Manage and troubleshoot smart home technologies (locks, thermostats, cameras)
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply orders
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members

Reporting & Analytics:

- Generate and analyze occupancy and revenue reports
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency
- Update owner portals with financial and performance metrics

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in hotel front desk or similar hospitality roles
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with property management systems and booking platforms
- Strong multitasking and attention to detail
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred

**Compensation**:
We offer a competitive net salary of **$17,000 to $20,000 MXN per month**, depending on experience and performance. This includes all legally mandated benefits, performance bonuses, and opportunities for advancement in our growing company.

**Schedule**:
This is a full-time position requiring up to 48 hours across 6 days per week. Shifts rotate to provide 24/7 coverage. Flexibility is essential in our dynamic hospitality environment.
