We’re currently seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Developer to join our team. If you have a passion for sales, client relations, and driving business growth, this role is an exciting opportunity.
- Your expertise in business development strategies and marketing _will be crucial in achieving sustained revenue growth.
- **Main Duties and Responsibilities**:_
- **Business Expansion**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the call center industry.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- **Customized Solutions**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions for clients’ needs.
- **Market Insights**: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
- **Revenue Targets**: Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- **Qualifications**:_
- **Bachelor’s Degree**: Hold a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Business Development Experience**: Proven track record in business development, preferably within a call center environment.
- **Effective Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- **Collaborative Approach**: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Tech Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: $15,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
