Compliance Analyst

We are a team of seasoned global startup veterans with previous exits that are building Keep to be the next generational banking institution of Canada.

We have raised millions from the top VCs in fintech and are now scaling.
- Conduct regulatory compliance assessments and reviews to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
- Monitor and analyze regulatory changes and updates, and provide recommendations for necessary actions and adjustments.
- Perform risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance and support on compliance-related matters.
- Conduct internal investigations and assist in the resolution of compliance issues or violations.
- Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory audits and examinations.

**Who you are?**
- 3+ years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance frameworks in the banking and fintech sectors.
- Experience in conducting compliance assessments, audits, and risk assessments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and organized documentation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Professional certifications or designations related to compliance and regulatory fields are a plus.
