Indispensable trabajar con campañas internacionales

**Funciones**:

- Monitorear KPI´s organizacionales en todas las áreas.
- Administrar recursos humanos, materiales y financieros.
- Coordinar acciones de mejora y asegurar el cumplimiento de procesos.
- Supervisar operaciones en centros de trabajo y realizar auditorías internas.
- Asegurar el funcionamiento eficiente de áreas operativas y administrativas.
- Implementar políticas de control interno para mitigar riesgos
- Supervisar el cumplimiento normativo y en auditorias (internas y externas)
- Participar en la elaboración y supervisión del cumplimiento de presupuestos departamentales.
- Garantizar el uso óptimo y racional de los recursos. Analizar los resultados del negocio, identificando gaps, evaluando y sugiriendo medidas correctivas para alcanzar los objetivos.
- Proporcionar informes y recomendaciones a Dirección para respaldar la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
