**Business Analyst / Data Analyst**
**Remote/Excellent English**

**20,000.00 Mexican pesos monthly**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze healthcare claims data to extract insights, support decision-making, and optimize business processes.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, leveraging analytics functions for data extraction and manipulation.
- Perform data profiling and mapping from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Utilize Python for data analysis and transformation, creating efficient workflows to handle large datasets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights through data analysis.
- Communicate findings effectively through reports, visualizations, and presentations.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and work towards continuous improvement of data quality.
- Maintain detailed documentation of data analysis processes and results.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience working with healthcare claims data for data analysis and ETL purposes.
- Proficient in complex SQL development, including analytics functions.
- Strong experience in data profiling and mapping from various data sources.
- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and transformation tasks.
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills** with the ability to present data findings clearly.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for working with data in challenging environments.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Prior experience with healthcare claims data is required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working through preferred vendors or in environments requiring strict compliance.
- Familiarity with industry-specific data standards and regulations.

**Salary: 20,000 MXN Pesos per month**

Pay: $20,000.00 per month
