This is a **work-from-home** opportunity with a stable daytime schedule. **Upselling and retention** may be required when assisting customers with renewals or additional services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with LLC formation and renewal processes, including subscription and license renewals
- Address **billing inquiries, password resets, and account updates**:

- Offer additional services and products where applicable (upselling & retention)
- Provide accurate and professional customer support in a timely manner

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Fluent English (C1+)** - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in **customer support, sales, or retention** roles (preferred)
- Ability to **handle billing, account updates, and subscription renewals**:

- Comfortable **upselling and offering retention solutions** when needed
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software and processes
- Reliable internet connection and a **quiet workspace** for remote work

Pay: $14,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
