If you’re willing to contribute and create value for tomorrow’s cleaner and smarter mobility, Faurecia is the place to be."_ - Overall responsibilities and duties:_ - The role of the production supervisor is to manage the production of parts for the fulfillment of the organization's objectives, through teamwork, continuous improvement and the development of people within the framework of the Faurecia Excellence System (FES) and the Being Faurecia culture, in addition to promoting the culture of environmental care according to the requirements of ISO 14001._ - The main missions of the role are:_ - Ensure compliance with the standards of the IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and CT-PAT standards applicable to production._ - o Lead the company's Quality, Cost, Delivery and Personnel (QCDP) objectives and ensure that their responsibility interests meet the performance goals._ - o Establish QCDP goals in each of its GAP responsibility and implement improvement plans to achieve the desired results._ - o Know, interpret and implement quality basics in their areas of responsibility to avoid sending defective product to the customer._ - o Compliance with the 7 basic Personnel Involvement (7 EE Basics) in their areas of responsibility_ - o Implementation and improvement of standardized work in their areas of responsibility._ - o Strict monitoring of 5’s standards_ - o Establish a communication with the UAP Manager, Production Supervisors of other shifts, and support functions to collaborate with the flow of transparent information._ - o Manage workshops to improve efficiency, quality and waste reduction in their areas (HOSHIN, SMED, Muda Hunting, IP)_ - o Personnel management in charge:_ - o Ensure the correct workforce of each of the Autonomous Production Groups in charge according to customer demand._ - o Validation of the assistance and overtime of the personnel in charge to ensure the correct payment of their salaries._ - o Seek the professional development of the personnel in charge, making the job evaluations in a timely manner as established in the collective bargaining agreement._ - o Ensure that the personnel in their charge have and use the Personal Protective Equipment correctly._ - o Manage the training of the personnel in charge._ - o Ensure that working conditions are fully compatible with safety requirements. Implementation and monitoring of mandatory safety rules within their areas of responsibility._ - o Commit to receive the appropriate training of their job according to the programming defined by the Management, as well as to put into practice the knowledge acquired in said training as part of a process of continuous improvement._ - o Must be part of the AMEF multidisciplinary review team (Definition of KPC and KCC)_ - The foregoing is intended to describe the general requirements for this position.
