**Position Overview**

Reporting directly to the CEO and IT/Project Manager, this position serves as a key bridge between technical execution and strategic business objectives. The role requires a combination of software engineering, data science, and automation expertise to design and implement scalable solutions that not only extract high-quality data but also integrate seamlessly with our existing database systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Architect, develop, and maintain complex bots and automation workflows.
- Build robust web scrapers using tools such as BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium, and Puppeteer to extract lead generation data.

**Data Integration, Analysis & Database Management**:

- Develop data pipelines to collect, clean, and process extracted data.
- Utilize data science techniques to analyze trends and optimize lead generation strategies.
- Manage and maintain databases to ensure data integrity, performance, and security.
- Work with top database platforms such as MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL to support efficient data storage and retrieval.

**System Optimization**:

- Monitor bot performance and ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of automation systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain uninterrupted data collection and processing.
- Lead automation efforts across departments.

**Collaboration & Documentation**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions with existing platforms.
- Document technical specifications, design decisions, and best practices for team knowledge sharing.

**Innovation & Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and methodologies in web scraping, automation, and data analytics.
- Propose and implement improvements to current systems to enhance overall performance and lead quality.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in building automation systems, with a strong portfolio in web scraping and bot development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Ruby.
- Hands-on experience with web scraping frameworks and libraries (e.g., BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium, Puppeteer).
- Strong analytical and data processing skills, with familiarity in data pipeline development.
- Experience with database management and administration, including platforms like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and deployment of automated systems.
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques for predictive analytics and enhanced lead scoring.
- A track record of managing complex projects and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
