**If you’ve worked in fast-paced call center or sales orgs, know how to screen for real performance, and have the speed to keep up with aggressive hiring goals — this is your seat.**

**Who You Are**
- **You’ve hired SDRs, appointment setters, cold callers, and closers — and know how to filter for hunger, grit, and results.**:

- **You understand recruiting is sales: you sell the role, overcome objections, and follow up until it closes.**:

- **You know how to fill pipelines from anywhere: job boards, Facebook groups, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, cold DMs — whatever it takes.**:

- **You’re bilingual (English & Spanish), and can recruit confidently across the U.S. and LATAM.**:

- **You’re organized, fast, and highly coachable.**

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Fill our calendar with qualified, hungry reps ready to perform.**:

- **Build clean, repeatable processes that scale with the company.**:

- **Keep every pipeline moving — sourcing, screening, scheduling, closing.**:

- **Help shape a performance-driven culture by bringing in people who match it**:

- **Track your numbers and own your outcomes.**
