**Description**

As an IT Engineer in our dynamic tech environment, you will be critical in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure. This position is integral to our team, focusing on technical problem-solving, process automation, and ensuring the smooth operation of our network and security systems. You will be joining a forward-thinking team, contributing to the company's growth and scaling efforts through your expertise and innovative approach to IT challenges.

**Responsibilities**
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, creating detailed documentation for future reference.
- Configure and troubleshoot various networks, audio/video equipment, and security systems.
- Streamline and automate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage and improve the mobile device management platform, focusing on security and user experience.
- Conduct regular security training for staff to ensure awareness and adherence to best practices.

**What are we looking for**
- Proven experience in IT, with strong skills in troubleshooting computers, networks, and conferencing equipment.
- Ability to automate IT processes efficiently.
- A proactive approach to resolving technical challenges and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills for providing end-user support and creating technical documentation.

**Preferred**
- Experience or interest in cybersecurity and physical security controls.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2 or HIPAA.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, or GCP).
- Experience in business continuity planning and data loss prevention.
