**Your New Role**:
The Operations Analyst will assist the Enterprise Technology Strategy and Operations team with optimizing the operational processes of a dynamic, innovative technology organization. This involves analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, designing and implanting new processes, communicating changes, and monitoring their effectiveness. You will collaborate with various stakeholders such as senior leaders, project managers, product owners, and executive administrators.

**Your Role Accountabilities**:

- OPERATIONS_
- Assist the Strategy & Operations team, key stakeholders, and leadership to prioritize operational requirements and develop and maintain detailed runbooks using standard tools
- Assist with organizational administration: employee and external worker onboarding, system access provisioning, leadership communications, financial planning, and event organization
- Maintain and promote internal communication platforms (social media, intranet, collaboration tools)
- Assist with developing and defining new and improved workflow and initiatives
- Help provide training and training materials for new processes
- Assist leadership with special assignments, such as evaluating vendors, gathering/evaluating consultant proposals, supporting culture initiatives, or other responsibilities as requested
- STRATEGY_
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand team needs and dependencies to better align operational processes
- Assist in developing and executing a methodology to evaluate, prioritize and monitor the success of the operational processes
- Accurately and clearly articulate strategic issues and provide relevant, logical options for solving them
- Create comprehensive and meaningful strategy presentations for senior executives
- PRESENTATION DESIGN_
- Create visually appealing and content-rich PowerPoint presentations for executive business partners (customers) and internal communications
- Adhere to branding requirements and professional corporate messaging standards
- Work closely with Enterprise Technology team members to gather input and requirements, ensuring presentations address the needs of the audience
- Demonstrate flexibility in revising designs based on feedback
- Bring creativity to the role by exploring and implementing innovative design ideas and technologies to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of the communications
- Efficiently manage multiple presentation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality material
- Keep current with latest trends in presentation design
- ANALYTICS_
- Develop comprehensive performance analysis of operational processes and review ways of improvement
- Actively participate in stakeholder meetings with the goal of understanding all major projects and initiatives planned
- Build a framework and drive development through dynamic business intelligence tools and dashboards for use in ongoing business planning and goal measurement through KPIs
