We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing team to participate in lead collection, digital campaigns, and event planning efforts, that will allow Base22 to strengthen its USA and Mexico markets outreach for its digital consulting services.
We are looking for a passionate professional who enjoys dynamic environments, has interest in enabling business in multiple industries and markets, and is self-driven. We value creativity, determination, teamwork, fast-learning, curiosity, and overall proactivity that can support the Marketing team to achieve its goals.

Your responsibilities (including but not limiting): *
- Leveraging marketing technologies to execute data enrichment efforts
- Executing, monitoring and reporting digital channel and social media campaigns
- Implementing SEO and SEM efforts
- Plan and execute marketing events, such as webinars and conferences
- Supporting the Revenue Team with prospecting, data analysis, and research tasks
- Supporting in Marketing automation, CRM management, and process improvement efforts
**We are looking for someone with**:
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Technologies.
- English level: Advanced and excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, Spanish/English, Information Technologies, Digital Technologies, or similar.
- Grasp of tools like but not limited to CMSs (such as Wordpress and Drupal), CRMs (such as Salesforce and ZohoCRM), lead collection technologies (ZoomInfo and D&B Hoovers), data enrichment services (BuiltWith and GrowMeOrganic) and digital channels (Adwords, social media).
- Web editing, Adwords, SEO and SEM skills and knowledge.
- Early-adopter mentality or technology background is preferred, as this position will require the use of multiple technologies in everyday tasks.
- Data analysis and data management are preferred.
- USA market experience is preferred.
- Content creation skills are a plus.
