Experience: Inside Sales, Customer Service, Sales assistant, Sales Analyst.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree
- Advanced English

Principal functions:

- Document control for each customer
- Translations for marketing, articles, mailers, cases, etc.
- Follow up and updates for account payable and accounts receivable for settlements area. ERP System.
- Maintain control of quotes.
- Inventory check for quoting
- Customer record maintenance
- Enter new accounts
- Traffic/Logistic
- Transport quoting with freigth forwarders
- Provide customers with volumes, weigths
- Track shipments and notify any updates to customers
- Provide support before and during import process for efficient and timely clearence from customs
