**The Opportunity**

**Your Impact**

As **Commercial Sales Coordinator**your responsibilities would consist:

- Actively participating in weekly internal and cross-functional team meetings via Zoom.
- Managing and updating various planning calendars, such as yearly planning, national planning, and innovation schedules.
- Analyzing data for accuracy and preparing regular reports.
- Communicating weekly playbook updates to the FL Field team and managing monthly updates.
- Preparing meeting decks and materials for various leadership and planning meetings.
- Sending agendas and pre-reads, taking detailed meeting notes, and sharing recaps.
- Updating and organizing the Teams site to maintain file management.
- Collaborating with brand and marketing teams to ensure schedules are accurate and deadlines are met.
- Maintaining alignment between cross-functional teams, including legal.
- Managing a database for National consumer brand programs and acting as a liaison between FLNA Marketing and Sales Commercialization teams.
- Synthesizing large amounts of data into clear, consolidated reports.
- Populating marketing templates with accurate brand information, including analytics and digital content.
- Ensuring the accuracy of materials before distribution.
- Coordinating all marketing sales templates and materials for the commercialization team.
- Supporting key sales, marketing, and supply chain priorities through effective communication.
- Leading special projects and ad-hoc requests, such as developing and distributing the annual playbook calendar.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Experience**
- Language Proficiency in English (Level C1 - C2)
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients both internal and external
- Strong problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Microsoft Systems (TEAMS, Office, Word, Excel)
