Python Developer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and maintain RESTful APIs for integration with internal and external systems.
- Automate operational processes through custom scripts and tools.
- Integrate solutions with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Data Engineers) to deliver complete solutions.
- Document code and technical processes clearly and thoroughly.

**Technical Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Python development.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and SOLID principles.
- Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI frameworks.
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and agile methodologies.
- Preferred experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure).

**Soft Skills**: - Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. - Effective communication with technical and non-technical teams. - Proactivity and autonomy in task management. - Adaptability to dynamic and changing environments.

**Education and Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. - Preferred certifications: AWS Developer, Python Institute, Data Engineer (Google/Azure). - Participation in internal programs such as “AI Foundational Program” or “Data Foundational Program.”

Location and Work Mode Nearshore: Mexico or other compatible time zones (ET/PT/CT). Remote work, Growth Opportunities - Involvement in digital transformation and generative AI projects. - Potential to grow into senior or technical leadership roles with mentorship and training.
