Grow your career as an Accountant within AMResorts, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role you will provide administrative support to the International Controller of AMR Direct Mx by ensuring that documents are provided by each department to justify request for payments; reconciling balance sheets on a monthly basis; generating reports and filing taxes.
**A successful Accountant will**:
- Ensure that month end closing is completed accurately, and reports are generated on time.
- (AP reports. Bank commission and payments).
- Provide accurate reconciliation of all Balance Sheet controls accounts with complete back up material for the controller´s review on a monthly basis (Blackline).
- Record travel expenses in SAP system.
- Payment complement (SAT requirement).
- Payment’s scan. This is the Journal support.
- Prepare the Layout of bank commission.
- SAP compensation (payments)
- Record in SAP system Petty cash expenses.
- Bank Reconciliations related to payments.
**A successful Accountant will have**:
- Accounting or Business Administration degree or related field
- 2 years working in a similar role.
- Experience with Payment’s processes and balance account integrations
- Knowledge of CFDI rules.
- Detailed knowledge of accounting practices
- Microsoft Office, SAP,
- English language skills.
- Professional Financial knowledge.
- Strong communication skills.
