DESCRIPTION

We are a team of professionals committed to help business owners make informed decisions about their assets. Our headquarters are located in Guadalajara and we have been serving the entire country of Mexico since 1991. Our services cover three main areas: Fiscal and Legal Consulting, Auditing, and Family Business.

Our Senior Accountant will be a key player in our Administration team, driving corporate strategies that contribute to financial and accounting planning. Additionally, you will identify improvement and growth opportunities, ensuring the solidity and transparency of our financial management.

What you will do:

- Prepare and review financial statements reports, as well as monthly and annual financial closings.
- Analyze and present financial reports to the CEO reflecting the company's financial situation.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls.
- Perform detailed analysis of accounts and financial transactions.
- Support in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Work together with other departments to resolve accounting and financial issues.
- Attend to suppliers regarding expenses.
- Attend to customers regarding income from services provided.
- Ensure compliance with the company's tax obligations, preparing and submitting tax returns according to current tax laws.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Your knowledge, skills, and abilities:_
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Financial Management or a related field.
- 6+years of experience in accounting or finance in a consulting services company
- Intermediate level of English.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Experience with tax laws and accounting regulations.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-orientated attitude, self-motived, detail-oriented, positive personality with aggressive attitude, well organized, and can work under pressure and in different time zones.
