**What we're looking for**:
Support to People Operations Department with the administrative task.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily payroll department operations for the US.
- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
- Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
- Provide accurate payroll/quarterly/annual reports to the Finance department as needed.
- Process correct garnishment calculations and compliance.
- Make benefit and 401(k) election changes in the payroll system.
- Assist with benefits administration.
- Collect, file and maintain HRIS data with new hire, terminated, or other life cycle changes for all US employees.
- Assist the People Operations Manager with recruiting and onboarding processes.
- Assist the People Operations Manager with other miscellaneous projects.

**Qualifications**:

- University graduate with Psychology / Administration degree.
- Fluent in English; written and spoken.
