**Responsibilities**
**Reporting automation Analyst**

**Main Purpose**

This role is responsable to execute a DOT regulatory requirement under Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Title 49 391.23 stating employers must respond to DOT inquires (D&A results and Reportable Collisions) for previous employees within the past three years for both traffic and sales.

**Accountabilities**
- Responsible for responding to e-fax requests from other employers and hiring firms for previous employees (3 year look back)
- Open efax and obtain name of previous employee.
- Search collision spreadsheet and indicate if name was involved in a collision. If yes provide city, state and preventable or non-preventable.
- Complete Word document from search databases and spreadsheets.
- Fax document back to requester.
- Log inquiry and results.
- Improve processes and efficiency where needed.

**Qualifications**
- Have at least 18 months in your current function
- Notify your direct leader and HRBP that you are interested on the position
- PDR evaluation of at least 2/2 on the last two years
- Have not received any warrants and/or disciplinary notifications on the last 12 months

**Education/requirements**
- Fluent in English - MUST
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/operations, Engineering or similar field preferred
- Python Knowledge - MUST
- Knowledge of HTML and/or Webscrapping - MUST
- Power BI, Power App, SQL or Tableau knowledge/experience - DESIRED AND A PLUS
- Administrative support or Fleet experience preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate in a professional and constructive manner internally and with suppliers
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively
- Produce/review various performance reports to drive results
- Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)
- Strong team player and committed to teamwork in all situations
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to leveraging system and tools

**Non Technical Skills**
- Collaborate with peers to balance daily workloads and support the business
- Willingness to embrace change and all other assigned duties for the greater good of the team
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible and able to work under pressure to include tight deadlines and multiple projects with strong organizational skills. Able to manage several tasks simultaneously
