Governance Specialist

Your tasks
- Communication and Training: Inform stakeholders about upcoming governance activities; Design and deliver engaging e-learnings to boost awareness of rules, risk management, and internal controls. Take care about Learning Management tasks
- Rule Management and Rule Governance: Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining purchasing rules in the respective system.
- Internal Controls and Compliance Management: Support the preparation of internal control testing.
- Continuous Improvement: Support the organization in preparing self-assessments and collect and document results.
- Risk Management: Support in the preparation of the risk management cycle. Assist in identifying and mitigating systematic risks within the purchasing process.
**Profile**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in industry area.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work and collaborate in a highly virtual environment.
- Fluent English knowledge.
- Experience in audit or internal control topics will be a plus.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
