**_Chief Operating Officer (COO)_**

**Objetivo del puesto**

Dirigir y controlar las funciones correspondientes a la operación de la empresa, con la finalidad de cumplir con los compromisos establecidos con los clientes de la compañía. Encargado de velar la ejecución de las actividades, llevará a cabo el proceso de planear, dirigir y controlar las actividades comerciales y operativas, así como la participación en el desarrollo y ejecución de las operaciones del negocio.

**Perfil**:
Lic. en Informática, Ingeniería industrial o afines.

Experiência mínima en el puesto mímina de 5 años.

**Conocimientos Técnicos**:

- Manejo del idioma inglés avanzado para comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Cocimientos base en la industria de la tecnología y desarrollo de SW
- Gestión del personal
- Administración de Proyectos.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Participar en el desarrollo de planes estratégicos, estructura y objetivos de la organización.
- Gestión de procesos de operación de la organización: implementación de los procesos, controles (operativos y financieros) y metologías de proyectos más actuales para el área de desarrollo de software y consultoría.
- Garantizar que los estándares de la empresa se mantengan y se definan claramente durante todo el proceso de desarrollo y ejecución de cada proyecto, así como supervisar el trabajo de todo el personal de operaciones y, por lo tanto, asegurar la calidad resultante de cada proyecto.
- Supervisar el cumplimiento de los objetivos del área para contribuir a los de la empresa.
- Planificar las actividades empresariales mediante un plan de trabajo diseñado conjuntamente con todas las unidades de negocio.

**Ofrecemos**:
De $70,000 a $90,000 mensuales nominales.
