Senior Product Manager

The Senior Product Manager role is part of the Legal Financial & Practice Management organization. You will be part of a product team supporting a variety of products that our medium and large law firm customers use to run their businesses and set their financial strategies: including Financial Insights, Data Insights, and Advanced Financial Solutions. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple products in collaboration with other talented product managers in our portfolio.

**About the Role**
- Drive creation of new insights and metrics in our products, using your knowledge of business intelligence tools and finance/accounting
- Become a market expert at solving our customers’ problems in the legal practice management portfolio
- Monitor industry, competitive, software, and data trends to influence strategy and product planning.
- Collaborate with the user experience (UX) team to design highly functional, usable, and visually appealing products and assist in testing their usability.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle including market requirements, product release plans, Agile user stories and success criteria, backlog prioritization, roadmaps and product launch.
- Partner with customers and internal stakeholder to validate requirements, product design goals, and business objectives.
- Partner with internal stakeholders on go-to-market and launch readiness activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations at customer conferences and internal meetings.

**About You**
- Experience in the legal software market, practice or financial management software preferred
- Experience managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple, complex projects simultaneously, while adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- A team-mindset and penchant for collaboration
- Experience with Agile software development methodology
- Experience working with customers to learn their problems and incorporate feedback into the design process
- Proven analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
- Exceptional communication skills
- 4+ years of experience in software product management
- 4-year college degree
- Experience using Microsoft Power or Reporting or Analytical products
- Basic finance and/or accounting knowledge required (such as a college course)
