**Descripción**:
**Responsabilidades**:
**1.**Elaborar planes de producción con visibilidad asegurando que sean consistentes con la demanda del cliente.

**2.**Dar seguimiento a envíos de ordenes de venta para evitar entregas tardes a clientes y seguimiento a la preparación de orden de embarques.

**3.**Monitorear el avance de los planes de producción.

**4.**Elaborar y presentar reporte de entregas a tiempo

**5.**Elaborar reporte de Capacidad vs Demanda y Waterfall.

**6.**Negociar “pull ins” y “push out’s” de ordenes de venta con CSR’s

**7.**Dar compromisos de entrega sobre ordenes tardías

**8.**Monitorear y analizar la demanda, su tendencia y notificar de cambios no autorizados dentro de lead time (mediante el uso de herramientas Capacity vs Demand Report y Waterfall)

**9.**Elaborar reporte de cortos de material e identificar el impacto en ventas, planes de producción y en envíos a clientes.

**10.**Elaborar proyecciones de ordenes overdue con visibilidad de cuatro semanas,

**11.**Requerir y monitorear cruces especiales de ordenes urgentes

**12.**Reunirse con los equipos de Operaciones, Ingeniería y Calidad para el progreso del plan de producción, analizar problemas potenciales de calidad, materia prima o procesos, así como proponer soluciones.

**13.**Notificar a CSR’s, Gerente de área y Gerente de Planeación sobre ordenes proyectadas para enviarse después de la fecha compromiso,

**14.**Coordinarse con el área de Compras para asegurar níveles de inventario adecuados.

**15.**Coordinarse con las áreas de Recibo y Embarques para asegurar que sus actividades son consistentes y que dan el soporte necesario tanto a los planes de producción como a los requerimientos de los clientes.

**16.**Interactuar con las áreas de Servicio al Cliente para asegurarse que las ordenes de venta estén correctamente creadas en sistema y no exista problema para hacer los envíos a tiempo.

**17.**Monitorear y dar seguimiento a la adherencia a los planes de Producción.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura terminada Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica o afín.

- Experiência de mas 3 años en el Puesto

- Ingles Conversacional

- Experiência en manejo de inventarios, planeacion de materiales.

- Manejo de paquetería Office avanzado.

- Manejo de Oracle.

- Manejo de prioridades.

- Toma de decisiones.

- Trabajo en equipo.
