**Responsibilities**
- Consult with clients to analyze their needs and provide tailored AI solutions to enhance their business processes.
- Design, develop, and implement AI agents that leverage natural language processing, machine learning, and other AI technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that AI solutions meet customer expectations and business goals.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to maximize the effectiveness of AI implementations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends to provide clients with innovative solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports on AI project progress and outcomes.
- Gather feedback from clients and iteration to improve AI agent performance continuously.
- Support pre-sales activities by showcasing AI capabilities during presentations and demonstrations.
- Assist in defining metrics to measure the success and performance of implemented AI solutions.
- Participate in ongoing research to explore new techniques and trends in AI.

**Requirements**:
AI Agent Consultant Qualifications / Skills:

- Experience in developing AI solutions, particularly in natural language processing, machine learning, and AI agents.
- Strong understanding of AI frameworks and technologies (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective AI-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python, R, or Java.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).

Desirable:

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience in the consulting sector, specifically within AI projects.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to AI implementation.
- Public speaking experience or experience conducting workshops and training sessions.
