**R&D Project Manager**:

In this role, you will oversee Electrical Motors Development Product Projects within the NEMA Motors in Guadalajara, providing clear guidelines, tasks and milestones, while motivating and providing feedback. In this role, you will be leading end to end execution of one or more projects to develop new products.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Managing the development of project planning documents to achieve associated milestones, targets, and desired outcomes.
- Coordinates the work of local and cross-functional project team(s).
- Partners with business managers, steering groups, product management and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure execution alignment, predictability and to optimize value delivery.
- Monitoring projects to ensure best practices in cost control, resource efficiency and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).
- Analyzing and addressing project risks, and regularly disseminating lessons learned.
- Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

**Your background**:

- A Bachelor's degree Mechanical, electrical or related engineering.
- 5+ years of experience working and leading multidisciplinary teams for project development.
- Diploma or Master's Degree in Project Management and/or experience working in Project Management.
- Previous experience in Project Management in motor or electrical equipment projects is a plus.
- English Advanced Level.
